pure boldness ..
Yesterday, July 3rd,2010 I went witnessing & sharing the gospel . So the youth ministry at my church is split into 12 generations (I'm in Gen 9) and each gen had a set place to go. Most people were at Mall of Cortana, Mall of Louisiana, Perkins Rowe, Target, and Wal-Mart. My gen was at the Mall of Louisiana and I am happy to say that together my generation won about 18 souls to Christ, my small group won 10 souls to Christ, and my partner and I won two souls to Christ. At first I would have been so scared to share with anybody my faith with God. Today, I can say God gave me total boldness and pushed me forward and said "It's NOT about YOU its about ME ! " God wants us. I am truly excited that I got a chance to witness to people and even if they didn't get saved and come to Christ, I planted a seed in their life and hopefully someone will come along and water that seed and those people find Jesus. That was my FIRST time witnessing to people and it felt so amazing, throughout all the rejections, weird looks, laughs, and everything , I'm just happy God gave me the chance to do such thing. We will continue to go witnessing every Friday in July, winning souls to the kingdom, AMEN .

story of our lives.
Life is too short. Some people are there one day and gone the next...FOREVER ! If we hold grudges to them when they're living , wont we regret it after they're dead. Will we regret everytime we didn't take the time out to talk to them? Every second we spend mad at them, it could be a second well spent with them.
Why is it that the only time we tell people how much we love and appreciate them is through silly little games on Facebook?
I think we often take people for granted ! We often hurt people and never take the time to realize what we're doing. We put people to the side for things that wont matter in the future. Things that are only a temporary thing..than when the people are gone we spend a lifetime regretting it.
Dying is a part of life, everybody has to die. So why is it sucha disappointment when they leave? Why does it hurt so much?
I figure they never really leave. They always play apart in your heart. Theres still things that bring them up.
Moral of this story is :
1.) love people
2.) cherish people
3.) don't take people for granted.
4.) watch what you say
5.) never throw people to the curb
6.) tell people how much you love and appreciate them
7.) don't just use the silly games on FaceBook to tell someone how you feel about them.
Do everything now because there might now be a later. Tomorrow isn't promised. When God says its over...its OVER, there is no going back.
R.I.P: Papa ( James Chinn) , Christopher Vaughn, Chris Myles, Laura Mickle, Dave Silas, Jackie Neal and so many others.

this is my life, your entertainment.
I call myself trying to avoid twitter and facebook for the next two weeks, funny huh? I think I might have to cut that short by a week, I've already caved in & went to twitter & facebook.
So I started this twitter/ facebook fast/break by deleting all my twitter and facebook apps from my ipod touch and phone, I've added them back to my phone, if I could find my ipod touch they'd be back on there too, smh. I need to break this habit before the 2010-2011 school year.
The pictures below are pictures that I took during my time of extreme boredom. I downloaded three apps on my htc Droid Eris called Camera Illusion, Camera 360, and Retro Camera from the android market. I downloaded these apps are like 50 more, its true there's an app for almost EVERYTHING,, but this is what I have been doing to consume my time.
These aren't even close to half the pictures I've taken with those apps, smh.

No one knows my pain

So you'll continue to judge me

You'll let your ignorance get in the way of everything
You want people to hear your story and listen to you
How about shutting up sometimes and listening to them?
You'll never gain knowledge because you block out everything you dont want to hear
You'll never be wise because you speak before you think
You'll let all your insecurites get the best of you
You'll lose everything thats actually good or actually will mean something
You my friend will forever be shallow
Because you're letting other people's beliefs and opinions form you.
You can quote me "We've never had a conversation"
And I'll say that you on the other hand are not a good pretender

what are we really covering up...
let's talk about.....make-up
i'm not talking about just a little eye-liner but eye-shadow, the little eyebrow brush things, blush, foundation, and all that other mess.
hey, idk the literal terms for all that!
but WHY?! is my question to all the chicks that wear make-up
what are you covering up?
what is there to hide?
are you insecure without it?
somebody say they wear makeup to cover their blimishes.... uh, HELLO
there's proactiv
and you're wonderful and beautiful made behind all the makeup.
there's s no reason i should be able to tell you're wearing make-up
so here's my call to action: a little lipgloss, some eyeliner maybe but don't over do it.
you can put all that make-up on and at the end of the day you will have to take it all off and really look at yourself in the mirror. tell yourself your beautiful.
its a start to something new.

i've decided to make a blog apart from my natural hair blog(naturallymeee.blogspot.com, which i havent updated since January) so that people can understand me apart from my hair.
my blog may not affect you at all, it may be life-changing, or give you some incite on me but at the end of the day i dont and i wont lose a second of sleep!
the updates that i have will just be things going on in my head, that need to be heard.
maybe not for you but to someone else!
